Making one cool character is easy. Making the SAME character show up again and again — same face, same colors, panel after panel — is one of the hardest jobs in AI art. Today you'll do it on purpose, then watch it fall apart. 🎬

Now look below: the exact same hero shows up in four different scenes — beach, meadow, night, space — different backgrounds, different poses, but you can tell it's the same guy every time. That's character consistency, and it's not luck — it's the locked seed doing the work. 🌱
